This is a collaborative business focused project that discusses an entry strategy for Blue Bottle Coffee to enter the Australian market. Based on the desk research, we identify the target demographic and study the Australian consumption trends of coffee. This helps us to narrow down and target three central cities to feature Blue Bottle Coffee in. Then, by addressing the challenges and opportunities, we were able to get a better idea of how this strategy should be pitched.

As a California based coffee company, it is essential to clarify the currency exchange as well as legal regulations for entering Australia. After making that clear, we design routes for shipping, expand online distribution channels, and reassure that our decisions are made ethically in terms of business operation. Coffee is a part of our lives in this modern generation, and we look forward to bring good coffee to everybody.
